Both Chynance and Willowfield are situated within a short walk to local services, shops and restaurants, interesting walks and many other leisure facilities. They are also well served by bus routes to the town centre.

The sub tropical Morrab Gardens, Art Galleries and library and bowls club are all conveniently located in Penzance and all medical amenities are within easy distance of both houses.

Penzance’s well-appointed High Street features a number of many well-known brands and locally-owned stores, plus the library, galleries including the Newlyn Art Gallery and Penzance Exchange. Not forgetting the delights of the Penzance Promenade. Always a delightful walk for locals and tourists alike.

The local area also features many historic attractions. These include the ancient tidal island of St. Michael’s Mount, the picturesque harbour of Mousehole, the remarkable Minack Theatre, built on the Portcurno cliff side, and, of course, Land’s End, one of Britain’s best loved landmarks.
